1. Billing Cycle
Aurix CMS subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. The date you subscribe becomes your billing anniversary. All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise.
2. Payment Methods
We processing payments via secure third-party processors including Razorpay and Stripe. We do not store or process your sensitive billing information directly on our servers.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services and the free tier provided for testing, we do not offer refunds for any payments made. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
4. Cancellation and Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will revert to the free tier or be deactivated.
